I had a flat tire and while trying to remove the tire I twisted off a lug bolt. I called Paul at Walt's Auto to see if they could fit me in that day? Paul said sure. I also ask Paul if they could repair my tire also Paul said they currently weren't doing that kind of repair but not to worry he would see that it got taken care of. While the stud was being replaced they checked serpentine belts and found cracks and recommended they be changed. I had been wanting to get the belts changed because those are the original belts and the car has 67,600 miles on it so it was time I had just forgot to get it done so I was glad the mechanic caught that before it became a big problem later. I got my car back the same day and by the way was not charged for repairing the flat. Thanks Sergio, Paul and the crew. God bless your business. Dale

A warning light on my dash. Why? Paul was up front about potential charge if my Lexus needed a big repair. But a savvy technician was able to troubleshoot so fast, Paul didn’t charge me. Very honest and efficient.

Aug 2022: Returned for scheduled maintenance/inspection; as always treated with friendliness, respect courtesy, professionalism. New owner/ management did not deter the flow of Walt's reliable reputation. Honest, explain all details of work on car, timely return, courteous customer service, reasonable priced work done on car, discusses if a problem is found and TBD fix.

The power steering rack on my 2005 PT Cruiser failed and I needed to find a good Shop to get the car repaired. I am not a Certified Journeyman Mechanic but I have been the Collision Repair business for about 50 years and have dealt with countless Mechanics over that time. I asked around…. Did a little research and the information I compiled pointed to Walt’s Auto Service. I called first to tell them my sad story. I talked to Paul. He had great communication skills and a very friendly and Professional manner. …Life got in the way and I put the PT on the back burner for a few weeks. Then, when the stars aligned, I decide to drive out to Walt’s to see what they were up to. I parked in front and walked the length of the shop, viewing each stall to see if things seemed ‘organized and well maintained’. No problems there. …I stepped into the Office(very clean ) and behind the counter, Paul was at the computer. I introduced myself and we talked Business. He presented the repair in straight forward detail with the $numbers to support the process. …I brought the Cruiser in the very next day. I almost felt like the ‘Mystery Shopper’ because I know a lot more about the process than the average bear, lol But Paul hid no details and spoke with the confidence that comes with Knowing your Shop does excellent work and not hesitating in his willingness to prove it. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality of the repair proved I chose the correct Business. Being a Tradesman for decades has given me very good insight in determining whether people are part of the solution or part of the problem. …….Walt’s Auto Service is definitely part of the Solution. I would not hesitate to recommend Walt’s to others needing the type of Services they provide.
