I appreciate the honest , professional service. They quickly diagnosed the problem and called me with their findings for my ok to pick up the part needed, and a estimate of cost. They installed the part needed and it all works as it should . They called me to pick up in early afternoon at the price quoted. You can't beat that, timely service and reasonable price.

As always, Walts's is the best! Paul is a top-notch service manager. His easygoing and absolutely honest manner, along with his encyclopedic knowledge of every single aspect of even the tiniest parts and systems in every car, makes bringing my cars in for service a very pleasant experience. After he explains what it going on, I feel like I have a real grasp on what exactly the problem is and how they are going to fix it. He will also tell you about thing that might be needing attention in the future. Like the front brake rotors can be machined flat this time, but by the next service they will probably need replacing. This makes is so I can actually make plans and budget for future services! Paco and the rest of Paul's crack service team are some of the best mechanics around. Paul has been servicing my cars for over 20 years and I'm only one of dozens of loyal clients who will ONLY take our cars to Paul.
